Requirements
To maintain a level playing field and prevent fraud, we've established certain guidelines. It's crucial to be aware: to qualify for awards, you must:
- An active Gamdom account is necessary, along with having deposited a minimum of $10 USD previously (if not, don't claim any rewards). Sign up to Gamdom here .
- Anyone caught using more than one BWB/Gamdom account will lose access to all future competitions and giveaways for good.
We've experienced numerous instances of rule-breaking in our tournaments and giveaways, which is unfair to other participants and our sponsors. Please make sure to adhere to the stated criteria. If you fall short of these criteria, it’s best to refrain from claiming the rewards or offering excuses as it won't be entertained.
I’m a winner! Now, how can I claim the prize and when will it be delivered?
To claim your prize, submit the following details:
- Message Admin The specific tournament you triumphed in and your Gamdom ID (such as: ID 152532).
- To avoid the voiding of your reward, you must claim it within 5 days of the tournament's conclusion. Due to operational constraints, we can't hold your reward beyond this period.
- It is imperative that you DO NOT request a different kind of reward. Also, DO NOT contact us to claim your reward before the tournament concludes.
The processing of your reward may take up to 3 weeks , starting from when your account details and leaderboard standing have been confirmed and verified.Even though we strive for quick distribution of prizes, involving third-party vendors may sometimes result in unexpected delays affecting your payout.
Who can join a tournament?
Anyone who is 18 years or older and actively participates is eligible to join the tournament. Note, however, there may be geographical restrictions – our tournaments are currently unavailable in the US states Washington, Idaho, Nevada, and Michigan, along with the UK, India, Australia, Romania, Ukraine, Philippines, Malta, Netherlands, Netherlands Antilles, Serbia, Iran, North Korea, Antigua and Barbuda, Montenegro, accepting some additions as applicable.
Is having multiple accounts under the same IP address allowed?
While we disallow registering multiple accounts, we understand that sometimes individuals from the same household (sharing the same IP) participate in our tournaments. To prevent your account from being automatically marked as a duplicate, please reach out to us via email at contact[at]spin-samurai-app.com for verification.
