You should reach out to the admin yourself since they won't automatically get in touch with you. Also, make sure you're eligible to receive prizes from the tournaments.
I'm facing the same issue as you. The admin hasn't gotten back to me via email either.
Be patient; Mr. Daniel will eventually reply. I also won and am waiting patiently. It's all in fun and the chance to win money is an added bonus, so let's enjoy it.
