Our first complaint was promptly dealt with, and the player received their payout. We maintained regular communication with their management, receiving constant reassurances. However, upon receiving a second complaint, we took decisive action by immediately delisting the brand.
I personally reached out to NLC and Pragmatic during our review but never got definitive answers on the authenticity of the games, so I'm unable to confirm anything definitively. I apologize for the oversight and appreciate the community for bringing these matters to our attention.
