Vinyl Casino

While exploring the featured casinos on BWB, I decided to have a little fun by trying out Vinyl Casino.

Although I enjoyed some decent wins and was initially quite satisfied, attempting to withdraw my money revealed a nightmare. I'm reluctant to admit it, Daniel, but Vinyl Casino should be marked as problematic and not be recommended. I've attached a screenshot for reference, and it's been suggested they lack a valid license and fail to pay players. Even with a 'modest' $500 from my initial $50 deposit, it's still a significant amount that could be used for various other activities.

A word of caution to everyone: steer clear of this casino. Daniel, it truly deserves to be removed from the list without delay. 😉

The live chat is extremely frustrating; they often resort to canned responses and abruptly end the conversation. Moreover, their support team hasn't responded in over five days, which is just not acceptable. I'm sharing my experience to alert others!

I appreciate your info! As a trusted forum member, your feedback is invaluable. Has anyone else encountered issues with this casino? Personally, I haven't heard any other complaints.

Edit: It appears they do, in fact, hold a license, though the details are unclear. Many casinos are opting for licenses other than Curacao due to recently implemented unfavorable changes in that jurisdiction.

Absolutely, if there's something awry, players should be informed about it so they can make educated choices.

The situation escalated to the point where I sent the support team around eight emails in a week's time without receiving a single reply. After querying live chat 20 times only to get the same repeated responses, I ultimately gave up and closed my account with the remaining balance. At least this misfortune cost me only $500 and has saved me from potentially greater loss. I'm grateful, in a way, that I learned this lesson early on!

So in summary, my advice is to steer clear of this casino.

I'll be sticking to reliable casinos like Woo, Bizzo, Playamo, and Snatch, which offer a far superior experience.

It's disappointing to hear that. I've contacted them to understand the situation better.

Nah mate, fk them. 🙂

In hindsight, I'm glad this happened to me now rather than later when more money could have been involved. It's beneficial for others here to be aware of such issues early on.

The main details and all pertinent information are captured in the screenshot, including the withdrawal timings and related transactions.

I'm enjoying my time at the previously mentioned trustworthy casinos, and that's more than sufficient for me!

Mr. Daniel, thank you very much! Your assistance is genuinely appreciated.

@degerardo99, I believe a mistake, if made, deserves an opportunity for correction. I'll send them your screenshot and see how they respond. It might be simpler if you provided me with your account details directly. 🙂

Truthfully, I haven't faced any issues while playing at Vinyl. Could you clarify the problem? You haven't shared any specifics.

@jaar86 no reason. Here are the steps:

I registered, deposited $50, and played without any bonuses, simply managing to win $500. The verification requirements appeared non-existent. Subsequently, I requested a $500 withdrawal on a Saturday morning.

On the same day of the withdrawal request, I proactively emailed the support team, sending my KYC documents, including my ID, card, transaction proof, and address verification, to preclude any potential delays.

There was radio silence in response to my email. After waiting a while, on Wednesday morning, I reached out to live chat, politely asking them to verify my pending withdrawal, highlighting that I had already forwarded my details.

Their response was that I was in the final payment processing stage. I was initially pleased and expressed my gratitude.

Thursday rolled around with no updates, prompting another email and live chat message from me.

I inquired politely once more about the status of my $500 withdrawal, emphasizing that it was beyond the standard three business days. Other casinos like Woo or Bizzo typically process within an hour, at most!

Their explanations held that I was still in the final payment processing stage and that delays were due to an overwhelming number of requests.

I have asked how long please?

Their explanations held that I was still in the final payment processing stage and that delays were due to an overwhelming number of requests.

I grew frustrated with the repeated responses and remarked if they were copy-pasting their answers.

Their explanations held that I was still in the final payment processing stage and that delays were due to an overwhelming number of requests.

I ended the day by thanking them sarcastically, but Friday's interactions mirrored those of the previous day.

Consulting the CM forum, I discovered the casino allegedly lacked a proper license and was failing to pay out winnings, a pattern apparently noted with some of their related platforms. I uploaded my screenshot and shared my thread with Vinyl's support.

No response was forthcoming, so I returned to the live chat to inquire further. As anticipated, their reply was:

*you're in the final processing stage; due to the high volume of requests, it might take longer.*

Concluding the chat, they closed it, stating I had run out of questions. Thank you.

I was left utterly speechless by this story!

@degerardo99, as I've mentioned, the representative is eager to rectify the situation, but they can't proceed without your account information.

@admin Alas, Daniel, having closed my account recently, I can't access or review it. Sweeping through my emails, including deleted ones, yielded nothing because upon returning from my trip to London, I had deleted their confirmation email. It's unfortunate the information isn’t on the screenshot. If I'd been aware, I could’ve kept the account or at least retained the confirmation email. But I'll send you a direct message with my contact details, though I won't be playing there again.

I believe it's risky to play at these types of casinos. I stick to those with well-established reputations.
