
Greetings, I started a new account with Tsars and utilized the welcome bonus amounting to 200 euros, which granted me a full 100% bonus.
Over a few days, I engaged in some gaming activities until the 13th when I left my remaining balance of 8.80 euros.
I failed to realize that, as it was later indicated to me, I needed to make additional deposits within a short timeframe to maintain my balance.
When I accessed my account on the 15th of April, I found that my balance had reduced to 0.00, which was quite surprising.
I reached out to the online support to inquire about the missing money, and I was informed that my deadline had passed on April 14th due to not depositing more funds. They claimed there was a notification about the requirement for additional deposits, but I couldn't locate where it was mentioned.
The support agent informed me that there wasn't any way to rectify the issue as the deadline was over. He simply apologized and confirmed that my funds were gone.
I shared with the support that I would notify others about this pattern of conduct. Such treatment is unfamiliar to me, and I perceive it as unfair.
I am cautioning everyone here and pose a question to you—do you have any advice on managing such a situation?

Nowhere in their terms or the correspondence they sent me was it mentioned that I needed to deposit more funds by a certain date, or my balance would be forfeited. There was no warning the day before when I didn't access my account. Although the support claimed it was in their conditions, I reviewed everything available and found no such statement.
I lost 8.82 euros, and as mentioned before, such conditions are unprecedented in my experience. It used to be that you could retain your balance until you could make an additional deposit.
I imagine others might have encountered the same issue, but these days many do not voice their grievances, mistakenly thinking it's their fault.

This might be a bit off-topic, but I wanted to express my views about Tsars.
I used to frequently visit Tsars, and it was my preferred casino, but that's no longer the case 😠
