Regarding the support issue, they compensated me with only 36.44, stating this was the amount confirmed from the screenshot.

They have yet to respond. All I can do is advise others against using Stake, as they don't seem concerned about player satisfaction.
I believe Nolimit City should examine that replay too, as it clearly shows some kind of fault.
Around a 17000x multiplier, the spins should have halted with no remaining spins, yet it inexplicably continued. The counter malfunctioned, freezing at numbers like 1 or jumping around.
@itaghai The game progressed even when the reels were entirely filled with coins, which seemed odd.
@euronymous1313 Indeed, but the initial glitch occurred prior to that, which might allow them to claim it as a technical failure and invalidate the payout.
That was one of the longest bonus rounds I've encountered. Possibly, Stake didn't bother reviewing it in detail and just decided to settle with $36 to save time. 🤣
