Let me tell you an interesting experience I had at SlotV casino.
I joined SlotV Casino on December 10, 2021, as a first-time player. Following registration, I invested EUR 150 and was thrilled to receive a 100% welcome bonus. I played the slots Winterberries and Jungle Spirit with EUR 5 per spin. At that point, these games were eligible to be played with bonus funds. Luck was on my side, and after meeting the wagering requirements, I ended up with a balance of EUR 7002,8. They then requested I verify my account by submitting ID and proof of address, which I promptly did. I initiated several withdrawal requests of 6x1000, 500, and 502,8 euros, adhering to their maximum limit policy.
I reached out multiple times to their support team to understand why the payouts were delayed. Their response was that my account was undergoing a random security check. After reviewing their rules thoroughly, I was sure I hadn't violated any. Regardless, they proceeded with payments of EUR 1000 each on December 20 and 21. This is what I've received up to now.
On December 28, I got an email about my account closure, accompanied by another message indicating that the welcome bonus is a one-time per individual offer linked to personal or household details. They claimed the right to close accounts and seize funds if bonus misuse or fraud is suspected.
I'm confident that I've adhered to their rules. I live in a large apartment block, have been there for several years, and to my knowledge, nobody else has played at SlotV from this location. I utilized my personal computer and mobile data, and it was my first time at SlotV. I suspect they are looking for a pretext to avoid paying me the remaining EUR 5002,8 of my winnings.
On January 2, I reached out seeking clarification and asked them to provide proof of their accusations. No evidence was provided.
It's evident that if I had truly violated their bonus terms, they wouldn't have paid me any portion of my earnings, yet they transferred EUR 2000 to me.

UPDATE:
SlotV requested a video identity check, which I completed on January 13, 2022, and passed. My account is now active, and I can process withdrawals. However, I must stick to one withdrawal of EUR 1000 to avoid a 2% fee. It appears the issue is now resolved. Once all funds are received, I plan to remove this discussion thread (is this allowed?).
My belief is that the whole misunderstanding was due to my mobile internet connection dynamically changing IP addresses, possibly suggesting the involvement of multiple users.
