Hello, I've seen numerous conversations highlighting issues with Mr Sloty's lack of payment. Can someone assist me or guide me towards the right help? I've been waiting over a month to receive 3150, and I'm repeatedly told to stay patient because the maximum processing time is 7 to 21 days. Meanwhile, they have no issues with quickly collecting your deposits. Customer service responses provide no direct management contact. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
