I hit a sizable win yesterday, requested a withdrawal, but the following morning, the amount dropped from 3150 euros to just 500 euros mysteriously. It's deeply frustrating, and nobody has been able to assist. I strongly advise avoiding this casino since I'm worried I'll never recover my funds.
@jroen4444 My withdrawal of 1500 euros has been in waiting for a week now at what seems like a deceitful casino. They operate under a dubious address, and I've already raised a complaint with the Curacao licensing body. It may be beneficial for others to do the same in hopes of receiving assistance.
@bibo1212 I have faced similar issues – they are simply refusing to release the payouts. It is important that everyone becomes aware of this dishonest casino.
@jroen4444 Is your request for withdrawal still unresolved or has it been canceled? Could you share the information they provided?
@bibo1212 The withdrawal is pending, but although I requested an amount of 3150 euros, there’s a maximum payout policy of 10 times your deposit. It's nearing a week now, and I have a growing concern that they won’t fulfill the payout. The live chat offers no help, and their emails remain unanswered.
Please inform me where I can lodge a complaint against this casino. I’m planning to take action tonight after I finish work.

I initially lost 600 euros, then won 2100 euros, followed by another loss of 600. I requested a 1500 euro withdrawal that has been pending since last week - sheer incompetence!
@bibo1212 Unfortunately, there are still no updates. I have reported House of Spins on the Curacao eGaming platform.
@jroen4444 Avoid doing that because I've been informed that they do not have a legitimate license in Curacao. Their license is fake, and you're unlikely to retrieve any funds through them, so perhaps liaising with your bank or the authorities would be more effective.

I suspect their license is not genuine. In the future, it's crucial to verify the authenticity and legitimacy of a casino site before proceeding with any deposits. For those who have been affected, consider reporting the matter to the Curacao authority, as they are supposed to be the licensing body.
@viennasausage I reached out to the Curacao licensing authority, but was told they couldn't aid me since the casino operates without a genuine license under their jurisdiction. The casino also lists a fictitious address and appears to be based in the UK, complicating the retrieval of my 500 euros.
I made a deposit at this casino, and it led to a win of up to 1500 euros from a 100-euro deposit. I initiated a withdrawal. However, I continued playing after an additional 100-euro deposit that resulted in more winnings. But the casino canceled my withdrawal, leaving my balance at 2300 euros, which I played with and reached 2500 euros before cashing out.
The next day, my withdrawal had been voided and only 1000 euros remained. Although they stated that one can only win 10 times their deposits, my winnings came from two separate deposits. Yet, they still only allowed 1000 euros, despite the withdrawal request being made over a month ago. It's a sheer scam.
Thanks for the heads-up, everyone! One of the top reasons I keep returning to this forum 🙂
