Currently, it's impossible to withdraw the ZK token from BC.game.

I've had a session on BC.game where I added some ZK currency, which relates to ZKSync and its latest airdrop campaign, yet I'm not on the eligible list.

A standout aspect of BC is its vast coverage of both crypto and fiat currencies, and it has a built-in swap feature, making it exceptionally effective for maintaining anonymity and complicating transaction tracing.

They started supporting ZK deposits today, which I deposited 200 ZK (€30) and with some insane luck ran it to 3500 ZK (€550), but it seems I made a mistake as I didn't check if I can withdrawal ZK before making the deposit (come on, who would check this before deposit?)

The system is currently undergoing maintenance for ZK withdrawals, which means that withdrawals are paused, and it also cannot be exchanged for other forms of cryptocurrency. This situation leaves my assets in the platform. If I manage to cash out, I aim to convert it immediately to USDT or other stable coins, but at present, I must endure the risk of the token's value declining.

Unfortunately, reaching out to customer support hasn't been fruitful since they can't process the swap for me, nor provide a timeline for when the maintenance will conclude.

And due to being stupid and bored, also hitting a drough on ELK games (900 spins w/o bonus or any 50x+), I lost 15%-20% of my profits, which won't happen, if I withdrawal my winnings right after that epic win. What's even worse, is that I haven't found any entry to setting a limit or self exclusion in settings, so the only hope is customer support (might or might not work).

I'm not seeking any form of compensation or repayment for the 15%-20% loss I've experienced, but my case should caution others intending to use BC.game with unconventional altcoins originating from far-flung places.
