After attempting to withdraw $2,000 of my winnings, Gamdom banned my account with the vague reason stating 'banned'. I've emailed them but still waiting on a response. It feels like they're taking my money unfairly. Any suggestions on what I should do?
@cellfee That’s unfortunate to hear. If you’d like, I can try getting in touch with Gamdom for you. Just send me your Gamdom ID.
I’m sorry to hear about your situation. This is the first time I've heard about such an issue with Gamdom. I've always had my cash outs processed instantly.
@andre_jarr That used to be my experience as well. It's surprising because it’s only $2,000. I've withdrawn $10,000 from Stake without any hassle before. This seems like an overreaction for a $2,000 amount.
Being a fellow Gamdom user, I have to say my experiences have been smooth so far, with immediate cashouts, similar to others. Hearing your story is unsettling. Have you faced any similar issues prior? Is your account relatively new or does it have some history? Hoping for a resolution soon and if not, please keep us updated as it may push me to close my account as well.
EDIT: Did you at least manage to get your $2,000 withdrawal processed?
@pepaso Thanks for the laugh! But if you close your Gamdom account, how would you collect your tournament winnings?
@dogasu Well, I’d plan on closing it after claiming any prizes, of course.
If it becomes evident they terminated his account unlawfully, retaining his funds for no defensible reason, I might consider closing my account too. It's peculiar as per the original poster's description; I've not heard of Gamdom doing anything of this sort previously.
The idea of winning big but then facing obstacles to cash out is off-putting. I once faced something similar with a European casino. I spent weeks rigorously pursuing them—through live chat, emails, phone calls—until they settled my payout. I suspect my resolve was their reason for eventually releasing the funds.
Let's not make assumptions or jump to dire conclusions: Perhaps the original poster unintentionally violated terms, or it could be a misunderstanding.
Daniel will soon provide further details about the situation.
Was your account a low level account?
Do you have more than one account? If you do, have you tried redeeming free spins from their Discord using multiple accounts? That’s against their rules and could lead to a ban.
I'm on level 101 with my Gamdom account, and I've never had problems withdrawing even larger amounts.
Though they kept the ban, they did return my money, which is what I care about. Being from the US makes it tricky, unfortunately.
@cellfee I attempted to cash out a substantial win of $1,500 on Gamdom, but they blocked my withdrawal. I'm also from the US and anticipate facing a ban. How did you manage to get your payout after being banned?
@jake10rogers You should just email them. They usually respond by asking for your identification and documents. Once you follow their guidance, they should process the payment. That was my experience, although I can't play with them anymore.
Appreciate that! How long did it take for them to reply to your email?
